The Scarlett Alek is an elegant natural cot made from beech wood with round edges, therefore it is suitable for everyone, who require safety for their baby.
The cot is made in compliance with the EU CSN EN 716-1 and CSN EN 716-2 Standards concerning products for children below the age of 3. The lacquer finish (transparent as well as stained) complies with the Decree of Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No 84/2001 Col., on requirements for lacquered products for children below the age of 3. There is no danger waiting for your children in this cot and thanks to the top-quality materials it is made of, you can use it for several generations and for other relatives.
It comes with a drop-down side and a base with two different height positions.
The manufacturer used their typical drop-down mechanism here, which comes with a four-point system on each end. There are holes drilled in the legs for casters, which can be purchased separately (not included, same as a mattress).
