WORK FIL L :

* The complaint department employee is responsible for communicating with customers, handling their inquiries, claiming requirements

* it also provides information about the company's products and services and maintains a complaint-related agenda

* Customer Support: Communicate with suppliers and customers via email and phone calls

* editing claim forms, providing product information, availability, claim status, etc.

* editing websites

* administration
