1. To participate in the competition, it is necessary for the competitor to answer the guessing question: "How many people will participate in the competition?" By entering a numerical answer in the specified field in the competition portal.
2. To participate in the competition, it is necessary for the competitor to prove that he has purchased on the website www.babynabytek.cz . It does this by entering the competition code in the specified field in the competition portal. The code can be found on the competition leaflet, which he will receive in the consignment as part of the order.
3. To participate in the competition, it is necessary for the competitor to enter the email portal, which he entered when creating the order. We will contact you at this email if you win.
4. If neuvedeno of the competitors answers the competition question correctly, the competitor with the nearest tip wins.
5. If more than one competitor answers the competition question correctly, the competitor who answered earlier wins.
6. The organizer reserves the right to shorten, interrupt or cancel the competition or change its rules for serious reasons. The organizer also reserves the right to exchange prizes for prizes that are a corresponding refund.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to contact a substitute winner in the event of non-communication of the Winner for a period of 5 days from the announcement of the prize.
8. The organizer reserves the right to decide all questions related to this competition at its own discretion and without giving reasons. The Organizer hereby does not assume any other obligations towards the Participants of the competition and they are not entitled to any other performance by the Organizer than stated in these rules. The organizer is not responsible for any technical problems arising from the transmission of data by electronic means. The organizer is not responsible for any problems with the functionality of the website where information about the competition will be published.
10. The competition takes place simultaneously in the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Germany, Austria, Romania, Croatia.
11. By clicking on the "Compete" button, the competitor agrees with the rules of the competition and also with the storage of contact information (to the extent: email, in accordance with GPDR) for the duration and announcement of the competition.
12. There is no legal claim to the prize and the value of the prizes cannot be paid out in cash. The winner acknowledges that he is obliged to settle any tax obligations towards the state. The competitor is not entitled to reimbursement of costs incurred to participate in the competition.
