By rotating the sorter board, we select the color in which a given shape should be matched. Once we manage to match the shapes, simply remove the pieces, rotate the board, and start the game again. And when you decide that sorting on the board is enough, you can always use the included pattern cards. For example, one card depicts a locomotive made of shapes corresponding to the block shapes. The child's task will be to match the shapes to the correct place on the card. After the game, simply pour the blocks into the bag, keeping things tidy and ensuring that no pieces are lost.
