The online store with children's furniture is looking for a customer support specialist for the Hungarian market.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• customer support of the Banaby.hu internet e-shop

• daily handling of customer requests in the LiveAgent helpdesk system (chat, phone, email)

• communication with the company's headquarters in the Czech Republic

WE REQUIRE :

• routine knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office - Word, Excel)

• perfect knowledge of the Hungarian language verbally and in writing

• knowledge of English is an advantage

• communication skills, professional conduct, desire to work and improve

• practice in a similar position an advantage
