How to proceed? - Frequently Asked Questions

If you have already agreed with us on the date and address for picking up the shipments, wait for contact from the carrier. The carrier will contact you by email or phone. Besides the prepared shipments for pickup, you won't need anything else. The carrier will have shipping labels ready, which will be affixed to the prepared packages (shipments) upon pickup.

HOW TO PACKAGE, MARK THE SHIPMENT(S)?

Please carefully pack the goods, preferably in the original packaging if possible. If the original label on the package is no longer readable, you can attach a note with the order number or case number from the Retino application.

CAN I CHOOSE A PICKUP TIME WINDOW?

Choosing a time window for collection (pickup of shipments) is not technically possible, but you can try to arrange it with the carrier.

For communication with the carrier, prepare the collection number, which you will find in the email from the carrier or our communication.

If the carrier allows it, you can change the preferred method and time of collection based on the carrier's instructions. You should receive these instructions via SMS or email.
