Basic Mattress - a comfortable mattress for your child

The Basic mattress is a complete and proven mattress made from high-quality, medium-firm T-25 foam. It ensures uninterrupted and peaceful sleep in comfortable conditions and healthy development for your baby from the first days of life.

Innovative ventilation system – Air Pro

• This modern technology allows the mattress to "breathe," ensuring the ideal temperature and sleep hygiene for your baby.

Up to 2 different sleeping surfaces

• Different firmness on each side of the mattress gives you the freedom to adjust the mattress to your child's comfort. One side is recommended up to approximately 12 months of age, the other later.

Intended use:

Rücken mattresses ensure free air circulation, preventing excessive sweating during sleep. The advantages of the mattresses are flexibility and orthopedic properties, meaning they adapt to the shape of the body and positions you take during sleep, providing the spine with proper and even support along its entire length.

The mentioned features allow fulfilling the intended use of these mattresses, namely:

• reducing the risk of skin inflammation (sores) and irritation,
• preventing back pain,
• preventing the formation of heat rashes (miliaria).

Air Pro – integrated ventilation system, the mattress breathes

We equipped the Basic mattress with the Air Pro ventilation system. It is a system of intersecting vertical and horizontal ventilation channels ensuring excellent air circulation and proper temperature during sleep. The ventilation works perfectly with the cover made from natural Tencel knit, which has a 3D mesh sewn on the side. This increases air circulation and helps ensure a comfortable temperature during sleep.

• better thermal comfort during sleep - effectively reduces the number of awakenings due to overheating
• improved moisture migration - excess moisture is efficiently removed from the mattress
• significantly lower risk of bacteria, mold, and fungi development

T-25 Foam – very good resistance to deformation

• Foam of this density is also used in adult mattresses, ensuring comfort in use and durability.
• Provides proper support for the developing spine.
• Two different profiles on both sides ensure adaptation to your child's current needs.
• Medium firmness H2 and H3, recommended by physiotherapists, guarantees comfortable rest for the child.

3D Mesh Ventilation System Air Pro sewn around the mattress

We have sewn a ventilation mesh around the entire perimeter of the mattress, which works with the mattress's air channels.

The cover mesh and vertical and horizontal channels are fully integrated - creating an extended network, allowing the mattress to breathe.

Mattress Cover – Noble TENCEL™ Fiber Coated with Hydro Max

The cover of our crib mattress is made from excellent quality knit, from modern TENCEL™ fibers of natural origin. It is gentle on the skin, but importantly, it effectively manages moisture. Rücken is also naturally antibacterial and anti-allergic, which significantly cooperates with the antibacterial core of the children's mattress. The most important aspects of our cover:

• TENCEL™ absorbs and releases 50% more water vapor into the environment than cotton, is noble to the touch and durable, unique fiber properties ensure warmth on cold nights and pleasant cooling in summer
• Research shows that bacteria on TENCEL™ covers multiply significantly slower than on polyester or cotton covers
• The cover made from TENCEL™ fibers of natural origin is made from cellulose, i.e., wood
• Easy to keep clean, stable even with repeated washing at temperatures up to 60°C
• The cover is coated with Hydro MAX, which effectively slows down the penetration of liquids inside.

Double-sided Mattress – Adapted to the Child's Age

The design of our mattresses, consulted with physiotherapists, perfectly cooperates with the changing needs of a rapidly developing child's spine. We placed profiles in the foams and vertical channels to enhance airflow, and the ability to use both sides of the mattress reduces the number of multiplying microorganisms.

• side with repeating channels - recommended up to 12 kg. Ventilation channels of the same depth cut into the foam ensure even support for the child and excellent ventilation in the initial phase.
• side with a unique profile - ideal from 12 kilograms. Unique profiles on the other side represent several zones of firmness, resulting in less pressure on the most protruding parts of the body and even support for the spine of an older child.

360° Zip Cover – Wash Half of the Cover

It's good to remember that the cleanliness of the crib mattress ensures less exposure of your child to allergens and bacteria. With this in mind, we used a 360° zip in our products, which:

• Divides the cover into two parts. This solution allows washing only the soiled half of the mattress cover.
• When washing the soiled part, it is easier to place it in the washing machine and also to put it back on. The cover is suitable for washing at 60°C.
• For the child's safety, we hid the 360° zip slider under the Rücken insert

Certificates Confirming the Highest Quality

All components of our mattresses are certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and made from the highest quality raw materials.

Products awarded the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 mark are free from harmful substances in concentrations that adversely affect human health, including pesticides, chlorophenols, formaldehyde, allergenic dyes, banned azo dyes, and extractable heavy metals.

We cut the foams of our mattresses on-site with the utmost care, under the supervision of experienced technologists, in one of the most modern cutting facilities in Poland.
